Make Room at the Table: A Case for Women to Ask for Space at the Table and for Men to Make Room
Today in June 2021, Women make up 8% of Fortune 500 CEOs, when I first gave this talk in 2012 it was 4%. In a world where women number more than men, this disparity between 4% or even today’s 8% and >50% is too large. This imbalance cannot be righted by women pushing in alone, men have to be allies and help. And companies and executives have to be intentional.
